Stability and precision are characteristic for the Müller LogiPack. Sheet-adding systems such as these are almost indispensable in intralogistics nowadays. Order picking and distribution centers rely on them when it comes to the targeted addition of invoices or personalized documents in shipping cartons – around-the-clock. Before a carton reaches the LogiPack, its carton ID has already been recorded. The variable data is produced just in time by the integrated digital printer. Further processing steps such as collecting, folding or stitching are carried out immediately so that the document set is ready for dispatch. When the carton arrives at the LogiPack, it supplies the documents in a targeted manner.
Depending on customer requirements up to 2,200 times per hour. Multi-integrated code matching between document, carton and carton content checks the match. Errors are thus excluded. Like all of Müller‘s systems, the LogiPack is flexibly configurable and can be easily integrated and expanded into existing conveyor systems. Automatic document entry is secure in processing, available at all times and has a high throughput rate.
